SecondLook Health is a physician-founded clinical intelligence platform. Most tools extract data points or summarize the file. SecondLook reasons over the full record the way a clinician does, turning thousands of pages into clinical analysis a decision can turn on: what happened, what it means, and what the record supports. Every conclusion traces to the source page and the supporting literature.
Give the people who make high-stakes clinical decisions physician-grade analysis of the full record, so they can move faster and with more confidence.
High-stakes clinical decisions are still made on incomplete reads of enormous records. A single case can run 500 to 20,000 pages, and the questions that decide it get buried in the volume: what happened, what the record supports, and what it means for the decision in front of you.
SecondLook was founded by physicians and technologists who lived that problem. Other AI built for these records stops at extraction or summary — a table of dates, diagnoses, and providers. We built a clinical reasoning engine that goes further. It reads the full record the way a clinician does, weighing causation, treatment rationale, and clinical context to deliver a reference-based analysis that supports transparent decision making. The same engine helps a nurse build a life care plan, a claims team set reserves and prepare a Medicare set-aside, and a physician review the quality of care, with every conclusion traced to the source page and the supporting literature so it holds up under scrutiny. Available as SaaS or API.
